Bayou Lafourche Fresh Water District's Executive Director, Ben Malbrough, spent some time this week with Kevin McCaffrey, who is working on a documentary about Bayou Lafourche. McCaffrey's work includes a recent screening of "Finding Common Ground" - a documentary project co-produced with Dr. Robert “Bob” Thomas, Director of Loyola University’s Center for Environmental Communication. The Union Pacific Railroad bridge replacement and culvert removal that were celebrated at the Feb. 2017 ribbon cutting in Donaldsonville, LA made for a clear view, with Bayou Lafourche flowing beneath the new bridge span on this beautiful day. ...
