Check out this cool project on Bayou Lafourche being led by our partners at Friends of Bayou Lafourche!Friends of Bayou Lafourche is pleased to announce that funding has been secured for the design and construction of the first phase of the Nicholls State University Bayou-Side redevelopment project! The new multi-use trailhead project will include earthwork, tree & brush clearing, an asphalt drive with off-street parking, a pavilion, a boardwalk, a floating dock, and a new walking trail that will connect to the existing bayou-side walking trail. Construction is estimated to begin sometime in late 2019.
